Pru is truly passionate about Mother earth and nature, spirituality, the divine feminine principles, yoga and meditation.
Mark has had a keen interest in spirituality, the environment and human potential from an early age. He also felt a deep connection to the stars and began his spiritual/psychic development in earnest when he was in his early twenties. This subsequently led him to train in energy healing, reiki and sound healing. In 2012 Mark studied with BAST as a sound therapist and now plays the Gong and other sound therapy instruments for both Yoga Nature and MUDRA Massage School in Sheffield.
When not performing sound baths and connecting with divine energies Mark works in a special school in Sheffield teaching young adults with Autism.
