With a background in coaching and counselling, I am an experienced modern clinical hypnotherapist with over 20 years experience in learning and development. I am passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of others.We can all sometimes get stuck in a way of thinking, behaving or feeling which is no longer useful to us. If we release the fears that hold us back and step out of our comfort zone, we are able to fulfil our true potential.
Hypnosis provides access to the subconscious mind and gives us the power to create new neural pathways so that we are able to change our limiting thought patterns, feelings and unhelpful behaviours and create a better life for ourselves.
I offer a caring, professional service and can support you to tap into your inner resources to achieve the changes you want with personalised hypnotherapy sessions specific to your needs.

I offer a free, half hour initial assessment either face to face or over the phone where you can find out how hypnotherapy works, ask any questions and decide if I’m the right therapist to help you.
