I have been working in body orientated therapies since 1988, originally training in Massage then in Reichian Therapy, a form of Body Psychotherapy.
I have ventured in different directions over the years and integrate all my experiences within the one to one sessions I offer. I draw inspiration from Psychodynamic and Humanistic approaches and am influenced by Buddhism, meditation and movement practices.
I am a certified Hakomi practitioner, an experience based bodymind therapy which offers the individual an approach to self study based on the principles of Unity, Organicity, Mindfulness, Non-Violence and Mindbody Wholeness. I am a member of the Post Reichian Therapy Association (PRTA) and abide by their code of ethics and conduct.
I receive regular professional supervision for my work.
