Jo has been greatly influenced by the soft, graceful and therapeutic movements of the Dru yoga style but also expect an eclectic mix of other yoga styles including Hatha, Satyananda and Mandala yoga.

Hatha Flowing Yoga : Selina Duvel
Monday evenings: 
Beginners class 6.30-7.30pm.  7.30-9.00pm (For those with some experience)

Hatha Flowing Yoga links the postures practised in regular Hatha classes into a sequence of movements that ‘flow’ with the breath in a more vigorous series.

Hatha Yoga: Ben Major
Wednesday Evenings 7.30 – 9.00pm

The style of yoga that I teach in these classes is essentially a mix of traditional Hatha Yoga as taught by the Satyananda tradition and flowing Dru Yoga, with a focus on moving mindfully, with bodily and breath awareness. In addition to postural work, we will also explore other elements of Hatha Yoga, including breathing practices, relaxation and meditation.
